Are we there yet ? Almost! A very long flight, the second leg on the upper desk of an Airbus A380 - its BIG ! We landed at dawn, very very tired, and made our way to our London accomodation in East Putney
Unfortunately the tube had a fire on the line close to our destination so we had to walk..... with our bags.... over 2 kilometres.... helped to wake us up after the flight! Here I can be seen admiring the view from Putney Bridge across the Thames.
We then headed back into the city after dropping of our bags to see the roses and squirrels in Regents Park
We took lots of photos , these are just a few. Below you can see the British Telecom (BT) tower. This tower is a local landmark, still standing after an attack in the 1970's from a Giant Kitten
